Web Offset

4 unit Didde Open Web Press - The Workhorse

With a maximum sheet size of 17.5" x 22" and unparalleled productivity, our web press is ideal for larger runs on uncoated stocks. We are able run 1/0, 2/0, 3/1 or 2/2 work. There are a wide variety of stock choices available including offset, tag and writing grades.

The press is well suited to run laser statements, letterheads, flyers, door hangers, pads and booklets from 5000 to 1,000,000.

State of the Art Digital Printing

Arrowhead Press is very proud of our Digital department and the quality of work that we produce. We run two Xerox Nuvera black and white digital presses that produce our forms, collated sets and books. These machines are capable of running a 12" x 18" full bleed sheet at 1200 dpi. The quality of half-tones rival that of the finest offset presses.

Our color work is run on the flagship Xerox iGen4. With a maximum sheet size of 14.33" x 26", our iGen digital press is one of only a handful in California and the nation. We are able to run more substrates, more efficiently, than any other digital platform. The quality of the iGen4 is remarkable.

Heidelberg Windmills

Still the most interesting and fun press to run

We have two Heidelberg windmill presses. One 10"x 15" which does our foiling and embossing and one 12" x 18" that does our perfing, scoring, numbering and diecutting.

Keeping our letterpress work in-house allows us to ensure the highest quality possible while speeding turnaround times.

Our bindery equipment list is exhaustive and extensive. Our goal from the very beginning was to be able to finish all work in house. We've come pretty close to achieving that goal.

Perfect binders, Booklet collators, UV coaters and folders are just some of the highlights of our nimble bindery department.
